About Me ~ Wendy Walsh Pilates

Pilates – I am passionate about this gentle form of exercising which originates from Joseph Pilates who developed his principals from work with ballerinas and patients who were in rehabilitation. Using these principals regularly I have seen them strengthen and tone muscles, improves posture, flexibility and balance, reduces stress, and improves focus and overall wellbeing – I feel FANTASTIC!


I am a level 3 qualified Mat Pilates teacher, in addition I have trained to teach Older Adults and Pre and Post Natal clients – I am able to teach in small groups or on a one to one basis so I can tailor the exercises ‘personally’ for you, as well as in my group classes.

Join me in my journey to a better posture that will help keep strains and pains away! 


I work in and around the areas of Pease Pottage, Handcross, Lower beeding, Horsham and Crawley, West Sussex.
